I've shared a bit about why I made the shift to working vendor-only. This is the first of a few thoughts on what actually changed when I did.
It started with value. Not in the way most people mean it. Not pricing, not packages. Just figuring out which work was actually worth doing, and being honest enough with myself to act on it.
