Hey all. I'm wanting to offer website designs at ridiculous prices. Heck, even if you want a full web application that's now possible in a timely manner.
None of this would cost you much more than the base cost of a domain and web hosting.
I am offering this to just two individuals or business'!!
I am HARDLY charging beyond the base cost to operate the website alone.
I am eight years a web developer and recently moved to partial usage of AI.
The results I have come up with in the past month or more has been nothing short of amazing and I now want to start a new found portfolio for myself to reflect the beauty of what's possible now for me and my clients!!
I am offering a fully fledged website to two people for $550 (with a 30% deposit to start!) and will ask for two things in return; honest feedback and a testimonial IF you deem the service good enough!
Obviously, beyond the initial two new clients, pricing will go up. BUT I don't plan to ever charge more than $800 for a basic informational 3-5 page website.
P.s. some may ask. Shouldn't I just use AI to build my website?
Let me be honest to those asking that question. IF you take that path you're going to need to know quite a few things to still pull it off effectively.
For example: setting up an email campaign is not so simple! Sending out email campaign emails can mean editing themes with an app you've never touched before. Connecting a domain to web hosting may feel overly complicated OR you just may not know enough terminology within the web development world to pull off what vision you have in mind.
That's obviously where a web developer (even those now using ai) comes in handy!!
I will:
- work with you to create a vision for the landing page and other pages/sections.
- build you a backend dashboard using AI that allows you to edit all or most content on the website with ease.
- custom design a logo and branding for your business if needed. I do not always use AI for this!
- support you to build any functionality on the website (eLearning, ecommerce, custom and unique bookings forms, etc.)
- make the website 100% mobile friendly.
The only thing I will not help with is social media marketing, for now (just til I iron out my workflow there)

This would possibly cost you $300 annual normally if you used ai yourself. BUT you need to build a foundation of knowledge for yourself with things OR you do risk needing a web developer later for fixing issues.
It's kind of like this, if you want to become your own mechanic then you must learn about THAT world. Otherwise, you risk having either a broken car or a car that needs external help!
