Big news for creators! Instagram is cracking down on unoriginal content.

The platform announced it will stop recommending accounts that regularly repost or aggregate content they didn't create themselves.

While this protection was already in place for Reels, it now extends to photos and carousels. The goal? To ensure original creators get the credit and distribution they deserve.
