Christmas is always a time for reflection on the past 12 months.

When we look back, it is with satisfaction on what has been achieved.

At Font, we aren’t just PR flacks paid to issue a media release. Or lobbyists who simply press the flesh.

What we are interested in, is outcomes.

Not just a double-page spread in the newspaper, or a great TV news pack – as satisfying and effective as that can be.

What really gets us going is when we help our partners to achieve the larger goals they engaged us to assist them on.

Such as successfully preparing a client to give evidence at a potentially gruelling parliamentary inquiry.

Forcing the shelving of the Tasmanian Government’s proposed unfair Fire Tax.

Helping put together and running PR for an incredibly ambitious and ultimately successful forestry congress.

Or just this week, playing every card in the pack to help proud local business - and save 200 jobs - at Tasmanian Quality Meats.

And this year, with Danielle joining the team, we’ve been reminded that the power of three is infinitely more than the power of two.
