To get real tumsum, you have to start with the right raw material.�You must use fresh live abalone. After cleaning, the most important step is slow natural sun-drying. This gently locks the moisture in the center and creates that perfect soft jelly tumsum.�Some sellers take shortcuts — they soak it in sugar water and then use machines to dry it super fast. That is definitely not real tumsum.�Natural sun-drying is the only correct way. #干鲍 #溏心干鲍

Hey everyone, back in 2005 we sent our tumsum dry abalone to a Japanese research laboratory for testing. They carefully examined the tumsum and officially awarded us a certificate for its exceptional quality.
