We are an established Signwriting and Window Tinting Business servicing from Tully to the Burdekin b

Our family business has been operating in Ingham since 1960 and is now third generation! My parents started Kev Brown & Co and were predominately Signwriters and Automotive Refinishers in Trebonne until 1996 when my wife and I took over the Pinstriping and Signwriting section and renamed the business Hinchinbrook Tinting Signs & Lines to eventually be changed to Significant Signs. I personally did

24 years as an Automotive Spraypainter with my Parents before we took over so we have a very strong knowledge base regarding the industry. We have travelled as far as the Las Vegas Sign Expo to expand that base and use the latest Roland Versacamm VS 640 Printer/Cutter and the highest grade materials. We also offer a range of window treatments including Frosting, Decorative and Tinting. I was personally trained by Peter Heuke of Capricornia Sun Control Townsville some 17 or 18 years ago with using 3M Films and we are one of only a handful of businesses in Queensland who are actually 3M Scotchtint accredited installers. Friday again! It's 14 years since we tinted and striped this customers last Landcruiser so when they purchased this Pearl White Kluger it came in for exactly the same treatment!

Significant Signs is the only 3M Accredited Installer between Townsville and Cairns and we are excited to announce 3M has recently released their new 3M Ceramic XP Automotive Window Films. The difference is even more heat reduction and better scratch resistance while also protecting against 99.9% of harmful UV! We have been using this film for a few months now and although the CS Black was my long time favourite this new Ceramic is very impressive. The best part is 3M has introduced it at the same price as their CS Black so our pricing remains the same. Well that's a Wrap! 2025 has been a trying year for many of us! Everyone in our district has been (and still are) impacted by the devastating February Floods and we will see that impact well into 2026. In September we had to vacate our rented premises and were lucky enough to eventually find Shop 5 Southern Cross Centre that was at least suitable for our Sign Production and Office while our Window Tinting section is now carried out at 10 Fanning Street. Thank you Felix Reitano Real Estate for all your help! This year was also our 65th year as a Family Business in Ingham and personally I am very proud and thankful to reach such a milestone and would like to thank all our wonderful customers for their support from right back in 1960 to now. I have been working for over 52 years in this business and on Wednesday was very proud also to celebrate Ryan's 12 years working with us, not quite sure how long Erin has been running the Office as there has been a gap for Motherhood but thanks also to her for the continued support. I wish everone a Merry Christmas and a Happy and Safe New Year! See you in the new year!
