Most businesses don’t need more marketing.

They need someone leading it.

We see this all the time... there’s activity happening - social posts, a website, maybe a campaign here and there - but no real structure behind it.

Different people are making decisions.
Priorities shift week to week.
And it’s hard to tell what’s actually working.

So the natural response is “we need to do more”
More content.
More platforms.
More campaigns.

But that’s rarely the fix.

We tell our clients every day of the week how important it is to keep on top of their Google Reviews... were we doing it for TUX? Nope!

Reviews and testimonials are great for your overall online presence but they also form the fabric of "social proof" - that's what makes you seem legit to potential customers.

So take this as your reminder:

🌟 Ask your customers to leave a review (send them a link or display a QR code so it's nice and easy for them)

🌟 Once you receive a review, reply to it from Google Business Profile

🌟 While you're logged in to Business Profile, take a minute to check you have the most up-to-date photos and logos displayed

As the year winds down, we’ve been reflecting on the wins, the work, and the people who make TUX what it is.

And with that gratitude comes the reminder that not everyone gets to experience the same ease or joy at this time of year.

So today, our families came together to choose gifts for the Kmart Wishing Tree - a small way for us to give back as a team, and to pass on some of the kindness we’ve felt throughout 2025.

There are some projects that stay with you long after the workday ends.

We’re honoured to be now working with sharing_with_friends_cohousing, a charity on a mission to change the face of homelessness for older women - often called the “forgotten middle.”

These women have worked, raised families, contributed to their communities… and still find themselves at risk of homelessness later in life.
Not because they did anything wrong but because the system isn’t designed to protect them.

Sharing With Friends is reimagining what safe, connected, dignified living can look like. And we’re proud to support their mission through the work we do best - helping them tell their story and widen their impact.

Here’s to the people creating real change,
and to the women whose stories deserve to be seen and heard.
