Almost the last job for 2018 was this logo for The Wooden Haus - a printmaking & works on paper studio. The triangular shapes are derived from the architecture of the building. The logo had to match the style of the client's other identity 'What is it that artists do?'. It is in a square format to suit use as a profile pic for social media.

One from the vault. I created this logo for a 50s style diner - the brief was to base the logo on a retro jukebox that they were installing in the diner. I envisaged the logo as an illuminated/neon sign on the wall. I'm still shocked that the client didn't accept the concept! The diner is long gone now so I guess there's no harm in showing it.

This is pretty cool. We've had stencils made up of a client's logo (one of our favourite logo designs) - so he can brand items of equipment.

I have the task of restoring/modernising this- should at least be able to save someone the trouble of getting up on a ladder to change the ‘vacancy’ sign.

A tip of the hat to Ian Kiernan AO, who passed away this week. I used to do a bit of stuff for Clean Up Australia and Clean Up the World. Here's a campaign image from 2005 - where we combined the participants' photos with some illustration. Proved to be a winning formula that was used in every subsequent campaign.
