Pre-delivery Space Cab Hilux for Moora Toyota.

The weighbridge docket on this one shows our complete setup — canopy, toolboxes, trundle and roof rack included — weighs just 350kg, bringing the vehicle weight as pictured to 2290kg.

Finished in powder coat to match Toyota 040 White, with the roof rack finished in Aztec Silver for a harder-wearing surface.

Murray brought us his extended 79 Series Land Cruiser for a custom chassis-mounted canopy.Being an extended chassis, this one had to be completely custom designed and built to suit.

Murray opted for a clean and practical setup, keeping things simple while still packing in everything he needed:

- Front & rear under-tray toolboxes
- Integrated fuel filler
- Rear drawer
- Twin fold-down spare tyre mounts
- 2 toned external powder coating
- Bare internal fitout

As most of you will know, we’ve recently moved into our new workshop.

17 Gillam Drive Kelmscott

The new premises is twice the size of our old one, with more than double the office space. We’ve carefully laid out the workshop to improve efficiency and streamline our manufacturing process, and we’ll soon be adding another process in-house to further improve both lead times and quality.

One thing our customers will definitely appreciate… no more fighting for public parking!

Growth like this doesn’t happen on its own. We’re incredibly grateful to every customer who has trusted us with their build, along with the suppliers and contractors who have supported us along the way. Your support has allowed JPFab to continue investing in better facilities, better equipment, and ultimately a better product.

Saturday we can use to catch up a little and develop new parts. Having the CNC router gives me the ability to cut parts straight from a dxf drawing accurately without relying on another workshop. Also doing everything through the computer rather than by hand means all my drawings are saved and changes are easily made
