Congratulations to our LANSW State team for 2024. Thanks to Kellie Gibson - Freelance Graphic Design for her brilliant T shirt design that draws on the colours of our State mixed in with Bathurst Athletics Club colours. These shirts can not be bought, but must be earned.

A big thank you Central West Foot & Ankle Clinic for sponsoring our State Team and providing the state shirts for this year. They are experts in exercise and sports podiatry, lower limb alignment and injury treatment and rehabilitation.

Congratulations to all these athletes who have already had a magnificent year.

A recent logo design that I donated for Home Base.

On 20th January, 2024 teams will take to the field to pay tribute to Kristy Armstrong, and raise money to support Kristy's girls and some targeted family and domestic violence awareness programs.

The Home Base memorial softball game is a poignant tribute to the memory of Kristy Armstrong, a member of the Orange softball community and a teammate in the ‘Lady Marmalades’ Women’s Masters team.

Tragically, Kristy's life was cut short in June 2023 when she fell victim to domestic violence at the hands of her ex-husband. In her honour, this event seeks to celebrate Kristy's life in a format that gave her so much joy, whilst raising awareness about the issue of family and domestic violence, and rallying the community for positive change.

The logo features original artworks of 3 gorgeous butterflies designed by Kristy’s children. Butterflies were significant to Kristy and they are also known to represent resilience, courage and transformation. A softball home plate is also represented as a house and the number 21 which was Kristy’s Lady Marmalades playing number. Her favourite colour was purple 💜
