Rowlands Surveys Pty Ltd, located in Townsville, is one of North Queensland’s largest and most well-respected surveying firms. Known for its exceptional work across a wide range of projects, Rowlands takes on the smallest of residential jobs through to major land, commercial and infrastructure projects, solar farms and commercial developments.
Ben at Rowlands contacted LMM Design Envision as their existing website was out of date and their previous Website Designers were going out of business. Happy to help, LMM Design Envision assisted Rowlands Surveys in the transition to a new Hosting Service and website, whilst keeping the old site online until the new site was ready to launch, keeping offline time to a minimum.
The new website was designed around the look of their existing logo and branding. Rowlands was able to develop new, up-to-date content once the general layout was decided and this is displayed in an interesting, but simple way with not too many “bells and whistles”. The result is a sharp, professional looking website that has the ability to grow as they do.

Rotary Club of Townsville Saints is celebrating their 13th Birthday with a Sip Celebrate and Donate Fundraiser on the 6 March 2026. Recently, the Rotary Club of Townsville Saints had their annual Derby Day fundraiser and had a wonderful day by all accounts, as well as a great result, raising $20,000 towards the purchase of brand new Parent ChairBeds for the Townsville Hospital Children's Ward. This helps parents who need to be with their children when in hospital. I remember having to sleep on the floor beside my 14 month old in hospital, so I understand how big a difference this will make, just wonderful. LMM Design Envision was excited to support Louise and the team for this function (2nd year of support) by designing their flyers, menus and certificates. Well done to all at Rotary Saints and everyone who supported this event in any way. What an amazing town we live in.

As the constant expansion of the internet and it's capabilities continues, the time sometimes comes when businesses need to update or upgrade their websites. I have been doing a bit of this of late, with my own website as well as with existing and new clients. I recently updated the Content Management System (CMS) for a long time Client, Vickers Road Community Childcare Centre https://vickersroadchildcare.com. Dea at Vickers Road Community Childcare Centre knew that the original website, created by LMM Design Envision in 2018 was beginning to show signs of age, even though she tried to keep systems as up to date as possible. 7 years is great age for a website, but in order to keep security systems and general workings functioning efficiently, an update to the newest technologies is definitely prudent. So, we updated the site to a new CMS (Wordpress in this case) along with a new block theme (Divi Page Builder). The existing website didn't need a facelift as the team was still happy with it, so it was just a case of replicating the website on the new system and taking advantage of the new technologies to streamline the site a little. Dea was able to take advantage of the accompanying Tutorial Document LMM Design Envision provides clients, to learn about how to operate the new CMS and do small text changes herself straight away, which is wonderful. Dea shared, "Thankyou so much for the Tutorial. It was very clear and was easy to follow. You are so good at what you do, it blows my mind." Thanks for your kind words Dea. Harmonious Fusion Massage and Healing Clinic is a new, Cairns-based practice, specialising in advanced remedial bodywork techniques to decrease and remove pain in the body.
Frank Ragonese, who has worked with LMM Design Envision on many business projects over the years, has created this business to utilise a fusion of the many modalities he has learnt, including: Deep Tissue Remedial Massage, Aromatherapy, Somatic Hands On Release, Hydrotherapy, Specialised Japanese Techniques, Bio Field Tuning Forks and more.
A branding look has been developed with Frank to conceptualise a fusion of old and new, holistic and scientific, as this is what his business provides with regard to the modalities he offers. Designs produced include Business Cards, a Generic Flyer, email Footer and Facebook banner, as well as a new website.
Frank wished to create a website as an online presence, so that people can learn about what he offers and as an easy contact for those interested in utilising his services.

I was recently contacted by Jonathon of Coffee Dominion in Townsville. Jonathon was after a local Graphic Designer to work with on business signage, promotions etc. Happy to help, we have worked on a large number of existing signage & packaging revisions and updates, as well as their Christmas promotion, which was lots of fun! I have had the pleasure recently of launching another website. Jackie Levick of Head On Consulting in Townsville has worked with me to create her new website, https://headonconsulting.com.au/. Head On Consulting is a Townsville based Psychology practice, dedicated to supporting clients effect change in their lives. Drawing from a variety of therapies, including Art Therapy, Jackie helps clients unlock what is holding them back from living their life to its fullest. Jackie wished to have an online presence which reflected all sides of her practice and the site utilises artworks created to emphasise the Art Therapy modality. The design draws upon this side also, with interesting graphics to lighten things a bit for visitors and make them feel safe enough to take that next step. One of my long term clients, Andy Roberts of Breathe Australia and Breathe London, has been working on a new Online Assessment Centre at Breathe Australia, an innovative extension to Breathe Australia's services in leadership coaching, positive psychology, wellbeing therapies, emotional intelligence and mindfulness. As part of the online assessments, Andy required an icon set and a variety of diagrams to be created and LMM Design Envsion was happy to help. Breathe London have also been updating their branding look, and new signage in a variety of shapes and sizes was required to compliment the Therapist Cards, Flyers and signage that we have been creating for a number of years.
