We are a creative and fast-paced sign writing business specialising in custom signage, vehicle wraps,digital prints and shopfront branding.

Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced Production Manager/Sign Writer to oversee all aspects of sign production,scheduling, and quality control.
You’ll lead the production, coordinate materials and equipment,and ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to our high professional standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•Oversee daily production operations in the workshop.
• Plan and schedule jobs to meet customer deadlines.
• Ensure all products meet quality and safety standards.
• Manage stock levels and order materials as needed.
• Coordinate with designers, installers, and clients.
• Maintain equipment and oversee maintenance scheduling.
• Implement process improvements for efficiency and waste reduction.
• Supervise and train production staff.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years as a qualified Signwriter.
• Proven experience in a production or workshop management role (preferably signage, printing, or fabrication)• Knowledge of sign making materials, machinery, and processes.
• Competence in relevant software: Adobe Suite, Flexi-Sign, Large Format Printers, Flat Bed CNC, Mac andPC Computers.
• Driver’s Licence (Required).
• EWP and relevant licenses (Required).
• White card (Required)• Forklift License (Desirable).
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment• Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solver.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.

• Maintaining office supplies and records
• Assisting management with administrative tasks and workflow organisation

This one has a been a long time in the making!

Today we wrapped up this Tesla Performance Model Y in KPMF Matte Methos Red for John, who happens to be Per’s older brother and Josh’s Uncle.

From what started with multiple conversations about the wrapping process led to this.

John traveled over from Melbourne with his new Tesla to celebrate Per’s Birthday and to have his car wrapped by Josh.

Photos just don’t do this colour justice. I’m sure it will turn heads for the remainder of its time here in Tasmania, and will continue to turn heads when it arrives back home.
