I'm shelving all HOn30 (9mm) products until a later date.

These are some of my oldest kits and most/all the models need some touch ups to bring them up to the current standard of detail and assembly. However, due to the general lack of demand (that translates into actual sales) I currently can't justify the time to sort them out.

The updates will be chipped away in the background if/when I have spare time.

Is there any interest in this size & style of locomotive?

This is a revised proof of concept of a model I made a long while ago. Based on a Baldwin 0-4-0 saddle tank (Kia Ora, built 1884, Western Australian Rail Transport Museum). If there is interest I will dedicate more time to it; details, coupling rods etc. To be available in HO, HOn3.5 & maybe HOn3

Feedback requested for powered bogies; Is there anything you would like to see added/changed to these?

Having spent the last few days assembling about 40 of them, I have concluded I need to make some changes to speed up and improve assembly.

To that end some designs have been drawn up from scratch and so far they are extremely promising. This update will remove some of the existing options. That said, those options attracted very few sales.

In summary;
- reducing motor options, initially only Coreless 816 (by far the most popular), n20 and n30 will be offered. Coreless 1015 and 1020 may be added later. Coreless 1215 and 030 will not return.
- removing triple axle option
- sideframe mounts no longer detachable; if you don't want them, cut them off.

Any thoughts?

New schedule;

1st week of each month I will be pausing sales on eBay. This is to allow catchup on orders (if needed) but more importantly dedicates time to designing new models. The long term goal will be (at least) one new model per month.

The goals for June;
- finalise Powerline Class 48 chassis update & Bachmann 44T chassis; both just need gear and fitment testing
- Skeleton & disconnect logging carriages (high detail models); both are relatively quick redesigns of existing products
- RM2 or RM38 (high detail models); probably RM38 first
