You see in the industry of digital marketers..
There are more wannabe cowboys than any other profession (well except rodeos maybe) 🤡
They’ll drip-feed you bites and keep you like mushrooms.
In the dark and fed s**t 💩
And when you try to give constructive feedback you’re flat-out ignored.
The lack of transparency is cringeworthy.
And maybe you could put ALL THAT aside if the results were killing it.
But they’re not either.
Now you're burning through money like a crop fire with nothing to show.
Leaving you disillusioned and desperate.
It's f*&’d up 5 ways to Sunday.
If that’s you *a little birdie may have told me*
Then you didn't pick your Foxhole 🦊
See, in Military speak, the foxhole is a fighting position.
In business, It's your inner circle.
These are the people you surround yourself with.
Employees. Agencies. Contractors.
They know your history.
And are aware of your future goals and past limitations.
But because it's a fighting position, a foxhole can just as easily become your grave.
Therefore, it's crucial who you invite in.
When you are in business, you are at war 🪖
You never want someone in your foxhole who lacks knowledge or experience in the goals you set out to achieve.
Most business owners DO NOT have a selection process for their foxhole.
They invite any old cronies in by default.
As if some shiny ad they’ve seen is the new top qualification.
So If you've hired an ad agency and been left sucking lemons then you need to check your foxhole 🍋
I've worked with several brands to unravel this and put them on the path to consistent growth.
