We are incredibly proud and deeply honoured to share a very special collaboration. Our very own proud Barada Barna Artist and Managing Director, Wakanu Lui" Sinak and the team at Savage Mundah, has brought his incredible artistic vision to a powerful new project! 🎨✨
Lui’s stunning artpiece “Walkabout,”has been officially transformed into Custom-made, high-vis work shirts! 👏

We are donating these special shirts to the Board of Directors at Winnaa Pty Ltd—the nominated Cultural Heritage Body for the Barada Barna Aboriginal Corporation.

🖤💛❤️ Who is Winnaa Pty Ltd?

Winnaa Pty Ltd is doing vital work on Country, employing over 16 Barada Barna descendants to conduct cultural heritage surveys, clearances, and so much more.
With more than 20 mining, gas, and exploration tenements currently on our Country, the team is kept incredibly busy making sure these massive companies strictly comply with the Cultural Heritage Act 2003 🛡️🌾
What they do is vital:
Protecting Country: Providing Traditional Owner personnel to identify, clear, and safely store cultural artefacts with the utmost respect and care.

Preserving History: Designing and constructing beautiful Cultural Gardens to preserve and proudly display significant cultural artefacts, including sacred scar trees. 🌳
We are so stoked to see the Winnaa Pty Ltd team rocking Savage Mundahs in"Walkabout" design while they do this crucial work protecting our culture and heritage.

This artwork represents the field officers that walk our country (Cultural heritage) unearthing the pieces of our culture and standing on the very places our old people stood on, these Cultural heritage officers hold the same objects (Artifacts) that were last touched by our ancestors, they witness the richness and harshness that were faced, they walk and breathe the environment of our BLOODLINE.
