What a year! From the Pilbara to Roxby Downs, NSW and all around QLD - we’re grateful to have worked on some incredible campaigns with even better people. So proud of you Grace! Officially graduating the North Queensland Bulk Ports Corporation Women in Leadership program last night. The program ran for 10 months and was all about identifying and building on her strengths including a mentorship with Jeff Stewart-Harris, RDA Chair & CEO of Mackay Isaac Tourism! Thanks Jeff

On top of that, she spent the year connecting with local leaders and an incredible group of women.

Grace has grown in self-awareness, confidence and leadership capability and we can’t wait to see her thrive with this under her belt. Well done!

We’re thrilled to share the full video from Friday night’s Resource Industry Network Awards, where our very own editing wizard Robert Cox took to the stage as a finalist in the ‘Standing Out from the Crowd’ category!

While Rob didn’t take home the trophy, we couldn’t be prouder of him – or more grateful to see his talent and contribution recognised in front of the region’s best. With his touch on more than 90% of what leaves our doors, Rob’s work powers everything from high-stakes safety reconstructions to game-changing government pitches. His storytelling doesn't just look good – it makes things happen.

And what a night it was! The Trop Ex team hit the red carpet, cheered Rob on and danced the night away.

Massive congratulations again, Rob – thank you for everything you bring to Tropical Exposure and to the wider industry. You're an absolute legend in our eyes! 🧙🎥

We are so incredibly proud to announce our very own editing guru Robert 'The Wizard' Cox has been named as a finalist in this year's Resource Industry Network Awards for Standing out from the Crowd!

Having input on over 90% of the work that leaves our office, Rob is not just an asset to Tropical Exposure but to the resource industry and the region as a whole. From animated safety incident reconstructions designed to prevent future occurrences on mine sites, to cinematic government pitches that showcase Mackay, Isaac and the Whitsundays on State and National stages – Rob’s work within the Tropical Exposure team is persuasive, strategic, and stunning. This isn't just about telling stories. These videos are winning contracts, unlocking funding and even protecting lives.

So whilst he's not often in the spotlight, the Trop Ex team believes he's more than deserving of this recognition! Not because he asks for it, but because the success of others so often rests quietly on his shoulders. And we are so stoked that the judges at RIN agree 🥹🎥
