If you were wondering what Team Rebel was up to while we were out of the office last week... here's your answer 👀

Our annual Team Day was packed with strategy sessions, professional development, big-picture thinking + a newsroom skit that explains the sudden appearance of ties…

Our Creative Director Jamie gave the team a crash course on photography + video basics, before we put those lessons into practice with a photography session of our own. Unfortunately for everyone involved, we now have a camera roll full of content + absolutely no self-control, so there's a very good chance you'll be seeing more of these photos over the coming weeks 😏📸

The good news? We came back inspired. The even better news? The ties didn't make it into the official dress code.

Turns out the rumours are true – our Director Jade really can move mountains 😉

Last week, Jade took home the Mover of Mountains Award at the Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce Best in Business Awards + we couldn't think of anyone more deserving.

We get to see first-hand the passion, determination + enormous amount of energy she pours into Rebel, our clients + the wider community. While she'll probably be slightly embarrassed that we're making a fuss about it, we're incredibly proud to see Jade recognised for the impact she makes.

Congrats, Jade. We know you’re not one to toot your own horn, so we’ll do it for you 💚

Team Rebel will be out of office for our annual Team Day as we take some time to reset + plan for the year ahead.

We’ll be a little slower on emails + calls while we’re away, but we’ll be back at it tomorrow – with fresh ideas + probably too many new plans 😉

Even though I still get nervous with every public speaking gig - I can never say no to Mackay Region Chamber of Commerce.
