I’m incredibly proud to be part of the relaunch of Matt’s golden ale. This was a lot of fun.

After three years of gracing our beer board, BILLY THE KID is laying down its guns… This is not a sad day as we are rebranding our popular mid-strength (3.5% ABV) as Golden Duck Session ale‼️(last weeks mystery beer)👀

Why Golden Duck❓
Matt loves his cricket and has been looking to incorporate cricket into a beer and artwork since our opening.
And the beer remains a golden ale.

What’s different about the beer❓
Apart from the fantastic can artwork, we have tweaked the recipe slightly to make it a more crisp and flavoursome beer.

What is a session ale❓
An easy drinking ale. An ale that you can have a session on. A smashable ale.
A session beer means different things in different cultures: in Belgium, it’s a 6% golden ale, in the UK it could be a 3% pale ale, and in USA it could be a 4-5% hoppy beer.

Another label for Billycart Brewing Co. I loved doing this one as we decided to make it look like an old-style beer label. Need I add that it is a fantastic drop as well?

Who's seen the new signs in Malanda? Great to see some colour and fun. These are the signs I've done for Pink Pineapple Eats and were printed and installed by TDP Graphics. That also includes the full size window decal. Now all we need to do is convince the landlord to let Kel paint the poles and bases yellow and pink!
