Top Tip thursday:

Work on your big offer!

Thats it....

As NDIS providers you are waiting to be contacted by a support coordinator or the participant themselves, then you arrange a meet up and then you hope they like you and choose you to be their provider. If they don't then you don't gain a client.

Well, in this way of seeking new clients for your business, you need to be working smarter not harder!

Ask yourself:

👉what do i/can I offer that differs from my competitors?
👉what is it the participants are actually looking for from me? (Think beyond the actual service you are offering... are they looking for trustworthiness?)
👉how can I tell them about this difference right from the beginning?

Find your big offer and make that a big part of how you portray your business and I promise... if the offer is something the people want.... you will see bigger results!

Happy Monday!!

"With more than 4.62 billion users worldwide, social media platforms open a doorway to a huge global market!

The social landscape has changed from the days when all a business had to do was post organic content to boost their marketing efforts. Today, with more than 93% of social marketers using Facebook and another 78% using Instagram, it is more daunting than ever to stand out from the competition. But how does your company avoid being drowned out by all the noise?

Social media platforms are constantly moving the goalposts when it comes to brand content. Take the mysteries of the Facebook algorithm, for example. You need to understand it and know how to signal it if you want to succeed in marketing your organization there. That’s just one of the reasons why hiring a great social media manager is vital."

Are you implementing a structured sales strategy when you meet with your potential clients?

Most NDIS business don't!

A sales strategy is defined as a documented plan for positioning and selling your product or service to qualified buyers in a way that differentiates your solution from your competitors.

In the world of NDIS, business owners often overlook this area and instead rely on face value (hoping a client likes you and chooses you to be their provider based on 'experience' rather than strategy).

But NDIS is still a business and you are still 'selling a product'. Therefore it is still important to construct a proven sales strategy to ensure you are really selling you and your company during these face to face meet ups.

Here are some points to consider when building your sales strategy:

1. Tell a compelling and memorable story.
2. Speack directly of their big problem and how you can solve it.
3. Talk about the reasons why you stand out from competitors, not just what services you can provide.
4. Use the emotional clarity method - we buy with emotions and then justify the decision later (if you don't know what the emotional clarity method is, send us a message for more info!)
5. Be clear and conside in your messaging.

Enjoy the process! Building a business is a lot of work... but is rewarding too!

It's Sunday again!

Do you use your Sundays to plan for your week ahead?

If not, you should be!

Growing a business takes a lot of work but working in line with a growth strategy can help us work more efficiently and gain success easier and faster.

Here are some tips to help you build your growth strategy:

1. Choose a day each week where you will spend time planning for your business. Use this time to schedule your social media posts, write down your appointments, schedule phone calls to important clients, build your email list and other vital but often missed business tasks.

2. Tailor your growth plan to appropriately meet your target markets needs. i.e. hang out where they hang out, chat about what they chat about, solve problems they are facing. You can use this information to plan ahead for posts youll need to make, people you will need to get into contact with etc.

3. Build a marketing plan. As NDIS providers, the common mistake made in the area of business growth is underestimating the power of a marketing plan. But this is one you really do not want to slack on. The marketing plan for an NDIS business differs greatly to that of many other businesses and that is because a majority of the strategy must involve personal interactions and gaining trust. Be sure to plan ahead for this to ensure optimal success.

Happy planning!... and if you are spending your Sunday night working away... be sure to schedule time for yourself during the week to enjoy the extra time you have freed up! You are your number 1!

Growing your NDIS business can be both exhausting and extremely rewarding!

It takes the most truly remarkable people to do the job you do! Making a difference in the lives of some of our most vulnerable people within our communities.

Sometimes, we need somebody to come along and take care of us too! Even if it is only to lighten the load on our shoulders.

Gaining more clients in order to fill the schedules is one of the most stressful roles for business owners.

And that's where we come into the picture!

We can help you with your NDIS business marketing strategy in several ways.

But did you know one of the services we offer is social media management?

As dual experts in the worlds of both health care and digital marketing, the service we offer is not only unique, but also a great advtange over your competitors.

Plus.... finding the time every second day to keep your socials up to date is exhausting!

What do you post?

What time do you post?

How do you find the time to create the content?

What photos/videos do you use?

It is a lot of work!

And unfortuntiely, an essential component of your marketing strategy as an NDIS business given the majority of your role in gaining new clients revolves around first gaining their trust.

They use your social media accounts to get to know you! Which makes your social media presence one of the most important aspects of your business.

If you have had enough of doing all of this work on your own... reach out to us!

We would love to help you add more hours to your week and work more efficiently within your business.

Top Tip Tuesday is here!

This weeks top tip is an important one because this is the most commonly seen area in business's that has a ripple effect on the way new clients will perceive your business and ultimately impact the overall growth of your business. And here it is:

>Get REALLY clear on who your target market really is<

I know you may think this one is pretty simple ...

"My target market is people receiving NDIS funding"

Or...

"My target market is people with NDIS who need support worker help with activities of daily living"

But you might be surprised to read these examples are simply not 'refined' enough.

The key here is to set you up as the big fish in the little pond... not the little fish in the big pond.

Answer this question for me:

How many NDIS business's and sole providers are currently offering services within your local region?
....The NDIS world is a 'big pond'. If you are providing services to everybody who approaches you because you 'need the business'.... you are actually selling yourself as the 'little fish' within this 'big pond'.

You need to niche right down and become more specific.

Think: "I provide social supports and coaching services to people on the autism and ADHD spectrum and their primary care taker, under the NDIS".

Get really specific and stick to it! This will set you up as the EXPERT within this smaller pond. People are looking for THE BEST provider to meet their needs..... not just "SOMEBODY" to meet there needs.
