I’m still signwriting. I really am!

Here’s a job I completed at the end of 2021 for a guy who wanted to do something special for his wife. These are street signs from her native NZ that were in need of restoration so I made patterns from the existing text, stripped the paint, repaired holes and chips and dismissed with new paint and signwriting.

This was a fun job to say the least.

It's been a busy week getting the graphics done for Chris Dicker's HQ 5150 in between some other jobs and teaching for Motorvation 36 at the Perth Motor Plex.

The car is a credit to Chris and the team at Dicker's Speed Shoppe. They were a great bunch of blokes to work with too.

Completed this decal application today.

It’s a super fast car but slow and steady was the order of the day to ensure the work was done once and done well.

Some jobs require plenty of headspace and no time pressure to make sure it’s done right.

Still producing lots of signage over the past couple of months with a big variety of jobs coming in.

Another long time between posts...

The past month has been crazy busy! Between moving house, and relocating the workshop, printer issues, lockdowns, my other job (Did I tell you I run the art gallery at MANPAC? You should visit and check out the exhibitions) and making signs, it’s a wonder I’ve had time to breathe.

Anyhoo, a job recently completed was the painted billboard for Gilberts and new panels for the A-boards.

Some after and before pics of sticker replacement completed on a caravan this week.

The client wanted a cleaner look for the van and the stickers without the white areas was sent to him by the manufacturer of the caravan. We gladly helped out by removing and reapplying the graphics in time for their weekend away!

Jeepers! You’d think we haven’t been busy with no IG posts lately but there’s not many gaps in the day, that’s for sure.

One job we’ve recently completed is the Velour Lounge, which is upstairs at the Brighton Hotel.

The walls were wallpapered as per our designs and floating “posters” attached to the wall to create an Art Deco feel and make the Velour Lounge a cool wine bar with tons of atmosphere.

Jeepers! We’ve been busy and haven’t stopped to post on here for a while!

Currently installing wallpaper prints in the Velour Lounge with some help from my great mate (and drummer) Mick from Allstar Signs.

We’ve had a couple of late nights with a few hours left before the job is done but it’s looking super good!
