If you’re a female leader or executive whose career and role has changed or evolved, the way you show up often needs to evolve too.

You become more visible. You’re in more senior conversations. You’re representing your organisation, your team, and sometimes your own business.

Yet, your wardrobe can still leave you wondering:

Does this look like me?

Does this look like the level I’m now operating at?

Am I dressing in a way that feels current and relevant?

In this free live masterclass, I’ll show you how to:

→ Build a signature leadership style that reflects your career goals and how you want to be perceived as a leader

→ Stop buying clothes that don’t work and understand exactly what your wardrobe needs instead

→ Use colour and outfit formulas to simplify getting dressed easier and reinforce your authority and presence

High end or affordable skin care?

I’ve used both and honestly think some of the more affordable products have made my skin look better.

I love for the ‘glowy’ feel it gives my skin.

Have also recently started using Mela B3 serum to keep pigmentation at bay and Spanish supermarket does the best €5 night cream.

When in Aus, I stock up on sunscreen which is also a fave.

What do you think works best?

Have you ever bought an item that you love in the moment and still never worn it?

Over time it gets pushed further and further back in the closet and the likelihood that’ll you’ll ever wear it decreases every day.

Sometimes the problem isn’t the item, but the doubt that creeps in once we get it home.

If you’ve got an item like that, here’s something to try before you give up on it.

You already know your wardrobe matters.

You've felt it in every boardroom, every presentation, every high-stakes meeting.

The way people respond to you before you even speak.

But here's what you might not know:

80% of managers say outfit choices directly affect promotion decisions.

So the question isn't WHETHER your wardrobe matters.

It's whether you have a clear system for making it work FOR you, instead of second-guessing it every morning.

That's exactly what I'm teaching in my free live masterclass:

Thanks an .sumitgill for bringing a little extra colour back to Spain with me. 🌺

I picked up this skirt while I was in Australia and it was one of those pieces that immediately made me smile.

Bright, playful and definitely not one for blending in.

This is your reminder that getting dressed can be fun 😀

There’s always room for a little more personality in your wardrobe.

One of the most difficult parts of my corporate career came when I moved into a role where the culture, and the way people dressed, was completely different from what I was used to.

It took me a while to work out how to adapt without feeling like I’d left too much of myself behind.

That experience shaped a lot of how I think about personal style today.

Swipe through for the lesson I took from it. →

One thing I was reminded of being back in Australia recently was just how much I value connection with other people.

And, if I’m honest, it’s something I’d neglected a little this year in Sevilla.

So on Friday I made it a priority to get back to the Networking Breakfast here to meet some new people, reconnect with familIar faces and hear what others are up to.

It was such a lovely way to finish the week.

There’s something so energising about being in a room with people who are curious, generous with their ideas and open to connection.

And it reminded me of one of the things I love most about running my signature style program so much.

Of course, I love seeing each woman become confident and clear in her style and what works for her.

But I also love what happens when you bring a group of women together who are working towards a similar goal.

They encourage each other, celebrate the wins and realise they’re definitely not the only one who has been struggling with what to wear. ❤️

There’s an energy and support that’s very hard to recreate on your own.

And I can’t wait to create that again with the next cohort.

Sometimes what makes an experience powerful isn’t only what you learn.

It’s who you get to experience it with.

My next Million Dollar Style program starts in October, and today is the final day to join the waitlist for early access and the early-bird rate before doors open publicly.

“I’ll do it once I’ve lost the weight.”

I’ve heard some version of this from so many women over the years.

“I’ll update my wardrobe once I reach my goal.”
“I don’t want to spend money on clothes until my body changes.”
“I’ll invest in my style later.”

But how do you know when “later” will actually arrive?

Three months?
Six months?
A year?

In the meantime, you’re still going to work, leading meetings, attending events and showing up for your life.

So why put feeling good in what you wear on hold until then?

I often encourage clients to invest in just one or two pieces that fit beautifully right now.

Not a whole new wardrobe.

Just enough to help you feel polished, comfortable and confident in the body you have today.

Because style doesn’t have to be the reward for reaching a future goal.

It can support you while you’re working towards it.

And often, that shift changes more than just what you wear.

You become more intentional.
You stop defaulting to clothes that don’t make you feel good.
And you stop postponing your confidence.

There will always be another goal ahead.

Feeling good in what you wear doesn’t have to wait until you reach it. ✨

If you’ve been putting your wardrobe on hold while waiting for the “right time”, my next Million Dollar Style program begins in October.

I’ll help you understand what works for you now, make smarter buying decisions and build a wardrobe that supports the life you’re living today.

Have you ever walked into a store looking for one thing…

…and walked out with three things you didn’t actually need? 😅

There’s a reason shopping can feel so overwhelming.

One blazer becomes five.

Then you’re weighing up colour, fabric, fit, whether it feels professional enough, whether it suits you, whether you already own something similar…

Before you’ve even reached the fitting room, you’ve made dozens of tiny decisions.

It’s a bit like the advice: never go to the supermarket when you’re hungry.

Because when you shop without a clear idea of what you actually need, almost everything starts to feel like a possibility.

“Maybe this will work.”
“I might wear it one day.”
“Perhaps I should try this trend.”

And before long, your wardrobe is full… but very little works together.

The fashion industry teaches women to keep looking.

I teach women how to stop searching.

Because once you understand what works for you and know exactly what you’re looking for, shopping becomes far more considered.

You stop buying “maybes”.

And start building a wardrobe where the pieces actually work together.

If you’d like to learn the system I use with my clients, my next Million Dollar Style online coaching program begins in October.

Over six weeks, I’ll show you how to understand what suits you, know what to buy, shop strategically and build a wardrobe that reflects your life, role and goals.
