Executive Outreach Specialist

We are looking for an Outreach Specialist at Elegance IT Solutions to support our global growth through multi-channel outreach strategies. You will connect with key decision-makers, manage outbound campaigns across various sales channels, and convert prospects into qualified business opportunities in international markets.
Core Responsibilities:
Execute outbound outreach across Marketplace, LinkedIn, and other relevant sales channels to connect with potential clients, decision-makers, and industry influencers in the USA, Europe, and the Middle East.
Create and implement personalized messaging strategies that engage prospects, communicate value, and generate interest in Elegance IT Solutions’ services.
Build and nurture long-term, trust-based relationships through consistent follow-ups, meaningful conversations, and engagement with prospect content.
Identify, qualify, and convert high-potential leads, guiding them through the sales funnel to create business opportunities.
Manage and maintain an organized outreach pipeline, ensuring timely responses, accurate documentation, and regular follow-ups.
Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to align outreach activities with business goals and brand messaging.
Monitor and analyze outreach performance using tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator or CRM platforms, refining strategies based on engagement and conversion insights.
Core Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in outreach, lead generation, or business development, preferably in an IT services, tech, or digital agency environment.
Proven ability to execute outreach campaigns, including prospect research, personalized messaging, and lead conversion.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers effectively.
Experience in lead qualification and managing multiple outreach campaigns with consistent follow-ups.
Familiarity with outreach tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Results-driven mindset with an understanding of IT services or related industries.
Experience targeting the USA market and working with international clients; exposure to Europe and the Middle East is a plus.
Essential Requirements & Skills:
Willingness to work night shifts (North American time zone) on a rotating schedule and accept a fixed plus variable compensation structure.
General knowledge of IT services and online marketplaces.
Relevant experience in outreach, sales, or lead generation is required.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines effectively.
Strong presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's in CSE, Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field, but Skills matter more than degrees.
Excellent English communication skills to interact with USA, Canada, and European clients (mandatory in both written and verbal).
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client communication.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
Strong interpersonal skills with a willingness to learn quickly.
