As a designer, I don’t really niche. It is true that I work mostly with women led businesses, often mothers and female entrepreneurs who want a feminine edge to their branding. But niching would mean narrowing in on one particular industry and then I would have missed out on working with so many different businesses and women doing incredible things. Being open has led me to some amazing opportunities! Everything I create definitely has a bit of Blush magic, but I love to think of myself as adaptable as an designer, open to all industries and aesthetics. It’s often the relationships and experience you create for your clients that matters the most. Trusting your designer and feeling comfortable with them is a really important part of the process, I think more important than their ‘niche’ or style.
