Let’s talk about Product Launch🚀



Recently I’ve been asked how to go about launching a product online - So I created a 4 step system for product launching on social media🤩



Step 1: Create Hype

Get your customer base excited︕

Let them know a new product is on the way - Make organic posts, stories & send emails out hinting something big is coming.

If you have a new flavour, scent or style: Let your customer base guess🤔 & have a prize for the first to guess it right🏆



Step 2: Soft Launch & Gather Content
Get 📸photoshoots done of your product!

Get incredible product photos taken and videos of the product to be used later during the release.

Now is the best opportunity to send the product out to your brand ambassadors and get User Generated Content filmed📹 for launch day!



Step 3: Full Launch & Promote
It’s Launch Day!! 🗓

Let your entire customer base know the product has released first thing in the morning🌅

Promote by using a discount code for the special day!
Get your Facebook & Insta ads up and running using the UGC you prepared earlier in the week.

Use separate ad sets for your existing & new customers and adjust your copy accordingly!



Step 4: Reviews & Testimonials

Gather reviews & testimonials on the new product and use it to further advertise!

Let your customers tell you how much they loved the new release and reward them with further incentives for doing so!

🗣🗣A Call to Action, also known as a ‘CTA’ is something EVERY advertisement needs🗣🗣
It directs the customer and tells them what the next step in their buying journey is. The most common example is “Buy now!” Or “Click here to find out more”📲 📲
The CTA can also direct the client to a different web page or sign up form↖️↖️
Without telling the customer what the next step is, you risk losing the customer due to confusion or distraction😓😓
Your potential customer NEEDS to have a clear path to finalising their purchase and the CTA is the best way to do this✅🛒✅

Let’s talk about Headlines🗣
Your headline is arguably the most important part of your advertisement🔊🔊
Especially on Facebook or Instagram where your perfect customer is scrolling along their feed, you’ll only have 1 line to get their attention🙋🏼‍♀️🙋🏻‍♂️
Imagine a door-to-door salesman has his foot in the door and can only say a few word before his potential client slams the door in his face🚪🚪
This is how you MUST treat your headline
1. Stop them in their tracks.
Your potential clients are swimming around on their news feed. You have 1 line to ‘stop the scroll’🛑
2. Make a promise to interest the reader.
Have you got the best service in the area?
Do you make the best cakes in the suburb?
Let your customer know in your headline🎂
3. Evoke curiosity to compel the reader.
Who doesn’t love a cliff hanger?🏔
Leave your customer wanting more!
Evoke as much curiosity as possible so it’s a no brainer whether they click See More or not!

Depending on your headline, the reader will either click ‘See More’ and read your offer or keep scrolling, use this to your advantage!
