Colour grading isn't a finishing touch it's what sets the mood, shapes the tone, and turns raw footage into something that actually feels intentional. It's the difference between footage and a finished film.

It starts with the fundamentals clean correction first, so every shot is sitting on the same baseline before
any creative choices happen. Then it's intention: warmer tones that feel close and inviting, cooler tones
that feel calmer or more cinematic, a consistent look held across every frame so nothing feels disjointed.
And skin tones that stay natural throughout because no grade looks good if your subject doesn't.

That's the part most people never see. But it's the part that makes the difference.
