Like everything, running a creative agency has its ups and downs. From managing expectations to managing cash flow, it's all a balancing act.

Along the way, you learn how to weigh up your desire to help people and go above and beyond, while still valuing your own time, energy, expertise and happiness.

We're so passionate about what we do. Maybe a little too much sometimes. 😅

There’s never a good time to take a break.

The older I get, the more I realise the millennial hustle mindset drilled into us in our 20s was a bit of a scam. If I don’t step away for a while, I can’t do my best work when I’m home.

TLDR. Take the damn holiday.

WE'RE ON SKELETON STAFF 13 MAY - 1 JUNE 💀 💀

If you ever shoot with us, you know it can get a little chaotic. In the best possible way. 😅

If we’re mid-take and someone forgets their line, laughs, or completely derails… we just keep rolling. Why? Because that’s usually ends up being the best clip!

We’re not here to make stiff, over-rehearsed content. When the set stays relaxed, laughs are mandatory, and no one’s expected to nail it first go people actually start to show their best selves on camera.

Mistakes aren’t something to avoid, they’re the whole point. When things go a bit off script, the energy shifts and it finally feels like a real person, not someone trying to perform.

And yeah, the outtakes always go off. 🙌
