Today is International Women's Day. As mother's of daughters, this year's theme really resonates with us.

We can only imagine a gender equal world for our girls. We long for a world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that is diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. We hope our girls, and everyone, gets to experience this in the not too distant future.

Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day and together, we can all break the bias - on International Women's Day (IWD) and beyond.

This image might be pretty overwhelming to some, but this is the stuff we thrive on! Managing a suite of digital marketing platforms means you can have a lot of balls in the air, but with the right tools and organisation it is a totally manageable juggle.

A scheduling platform is one of the tools we like to use for our clients, and it is essential for us to work efficiently across the many social media channels available to businesses. Planning, organisation and strategy are our love languages!

Over the holidays, we were very excited to welcome a new member to the Beat the Drum family! Little Leo isn't the greatest worker...yet. He is known to sleep on the job and cries when he doesn't get what he wants. But it's never too early to start the training!
