I’m incredibly grateful to everyone who has shaped this business, from our people to our clients and the relationships built along the way.

From the beginning the intent was simple: do work that matters, and help people and brands be their best in service of others.

That belief has carried us further than I could have imagined.

To have sustained that as an independent agency in Australia, in a category dominated by global networks is something I’m deeply proud of - our team, its trust, resilience and constant drive to improve.

It’s been a privilege to do what I love with people who care, and to build something that continues to evolve, grow, and inspire others to become their best.

The focus hasn’t changed. The energy hasn’t dropped. If anything it’s sharper now than ever.

Fuel's 'Your future will thank you' campaign for Victoria's Department of Energy, Environment and Climate Action and Agriculture Victoria addressed high-risk biosecurity behaviours and provided actionable biosecurity practices for small-scale landholders. Small-scale landholders play a vital role in Victoria's biosecurity system and mitigating risks of an emergency animal disease in Victoria, yet most are unaware of, or unprepared to take the steps they need to. This behaviour change campaign empowered these landholders to take simple biosecurity steps.

Building on Fuel's brand work for Mining and Automotive Skills Alliance, we designed and developed their new website. Our goal for the website design and build was to present AUSMASA as the leading authority on skills development and workforce training solutions in the mining and automotive industries.

With AUSMASA's nationwide remit, including remote and regional areas, they required an easy-to-use content management system, and a design which paid attention to file sizes for background imagery and scripts.

AUSMASA needed a reliable, secure, and accessible website to meet obligations and enhance outcomes for industry stakeholders. Through workshops and research, Fuel structured content for easy discovery by target audiences. We also configured the CMS to optimise content management, ensure brand consistency, and boost search performance.

Chisholm’s 2024 ‘For the better’ campaign marked the launch of a new brand platform developed by Fuel, emphasising empowered learning. A comprehensive brand strategy review led to the impact platform, celebrating Chisholm's transformative effect on students’ lives.
