Introducing - this fun new logo package created for Sonya, the beautiful creator of this new handmade clothing label.

Sonya came to me looking for a logo to sum up her handmade creations. Her label named after NUT and Johnny, her two imagery friends she had in her childhood. The stem and birth of her creativity.
I hand drew this beauty showcasing her favourite colours, the love she has with all that is handmade with its imperfections!

Sonya has been busy sewing up these gorgeous garments for the talented using her wonderfully illustrated and printed fabrics! You can purchase these garments now from at her South Melbourne store and all big designs markets coming soon.

Logo design complete with style guide, business card, swing tag and printed pip label.

I love all this is, what it represents and being part of these two inspiring women on their creative journeys!

Been meaning to share… The invitations I put together for mums painting exhibition back in May! Also set up and organized the printing of some greetings cards showing off her amazing paintings! All came up looking so good!!!!

So long between posts! I have been busy!!!!!! Too busy to share my current contract role at PUMA!
In Jan I joined the licensed team covering a 6 month mat. Leave role working on all things in Product development. Getting designs ready for production. Working with the factories. Approving strike-offs and approving samples. Looking at fits, looking at fabric and colour. Going back to my original roots many many many years ago. Enjoying the technical side in making a garment perfect, making it fit amazing, making it look prestigious. Fit for purpose. Ready for the consumer.
Coming back to this role after learning so much in product, design, range management and cost analytics - I am feeling so charged. Product holds such a special spot in my heart. Geez I love what I do!

We wanted them subtle but bright so the kids can be seen. Designed with purpose… fabric as key to protect you from the sun. Sublimated graphics (printed graphics into the fabric) that make the garment light weight and fun that don’t look like a fishing shirt…. The colours your kids want to wear! Fun, fun, fun!
