This Sunday, March 2, 2025, marks the 35th anniversary of Clean Up Australia Day, our nation's largest community-based environmental event. Last year, over 750,000 volunteers came together to remove litter from cities, rivers, beaches, and bushlands across Australia.

At TOM, we're proud to amplify this crucial initiative through our digital out-of-home (DOOH) campaigns. By leveraging our digital billboards, we're boosting awareness and encouraging communities to participate, demonstrating how DOOH advertising can effectively mobilize public action for environmental causes.

That’s why we’re proud to support .agency and their innovative solution using Apple’s Genmoji AI. With this hack, you can create and add the Aboriginal Flag emoji to your keyboard, bringing digital representation one step closer to reality.

Here’s how to add it:
1ļøāƒ£ Update your iPhone to iOS 18.2.
2ļøāƒ£ Turn on Apple Intelligence in your settings.

This holiday season, Weis demonstrated the incredible potential of OOH advertising with a dynamic creative campaign that adapted to the moment. By leveraging real-time adjustments based on date, location, and time of day, Weis brought their messaging to life in ways that truly resonated with audiences such as:

Christmas-themed creatives for the festive season
New Year’s designs to celebrate the countdown
Beach-inspired visuals near coastal locations
Family-focused messaging for school holidays

This campaign highlighted one of OOH’s greatest strengths: the ability to connect with people where they are, in real time. By tailoring each message to suit its environment, Weis maximised the relevance and impact of every impression.
This campaign was a perfect example of how OOH continues to innovate, creating opportunities for brands to stand out and stay relevant in an ever-changing world.
