In NSW, widespread doctor shortages in public hospitals are putting patients at risk. Needing to call for action, ASMOF, the Doctor’s Union, came to TCW.

The stark realities of working as a doctor in NSW is driving staff out of public hospitals. Chronic understaffing, unsafe working conditions and mounting pressures are pushing the healthcare system to breaking point.

To reach community members, we developed a targeted digital marketing campaign. To evoke connection and drive for action, we developed a creative strategy, including this video.
