Some projects are more about clarity than anything else.

This one for CDF Bathurst was all about taking a pretty unique idea and making it feel simple from the first glance.

We used their core message “Invest in your parish” as the hero, supported by imagery that really speaks to their audience , then built out the rest of the page as a gentle, guided flow.

I especially love the hero banner led by brand, colour and illustration rather than photography. It makes the whole experience feel more considered and uniquely theirs.

We moved away from stock imagery and introduced custom photography and video to better reflect the people behind the business, alongside a clearer structure across services, programs and resources.

Built on Squarespace, giving the team the flexibility to manage and grow the site with ease.

A hero image can set the tone for a whole website as it’s there to stop you scrolling and draw you in.

That’s exactly what happens on this new portfolio site I launched for Peter Schumpeter, street photographer. The hero image, taken in Melbourne circa 1973, instantly grabs attention and reflects his beautiful, timeless style.

The rest of the site follows that same simplicity: clean, minimalist, and designed so the photography speaks first (with even a semi-hidden nav to keep things uncluttered).
