Most products are not interface problems.
They’re decision problems. In fintech, the wrong decision moves money incorrectly. In AI systems, the wrong decision changes behaviour incorrectly. So instead of only designing screens, I focus on designing environments where people clearly understand: what the system knows, what it doesn’t know and how confident it is
That clarity changes how people interact with technology. It builds trust. And trust is what drives real adoption.
If you're working on AI products or complex platforms where decisions matter, I’d be interested to hear how you're approaching this shift.
