Hiring: Solar Appointment Setters

Job Description:

​We are looking for a motivated and persuasive Rooftop Solar Appointment Setter to join our team. Your primary responsibility will be to call potential customers, engage them in conversations about the benefits of solar energy, and schedule appointments for our sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills in both Spanish and English, as you will be interacting with a diverse customer base.

​Responsibilities:

​Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce our solar energy solutions.
​Engage customers in meaningful conversations and answer their questions about solar energy.
​Effectively communicate the benefits and cost savings of switching to solar power.
​Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with interested customers.

​Keep detailed records of calls, customer interactions, and appointment scheduling in the CRM system.
​Follow up with leads and ensure timely responses to inquiries.

​Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.

Must be good in English (both written and spoken) is essential.

​Previous experience in solar telemarketing, sales, or appointment setting is highly preferred.

​Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
​Ability to build rapport quickly over the phone and handle objections.

​Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong work ethic.

​Familiarity with solar energy concepts is an advantage, but not required.

​Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
