On International Day for Persons with Disabilities, I'd like to give special mention to my inspirational client, Kellie, the founder of the cleaning and remediation business Bayo Haro.

Kellie believes everyone deserves to live in a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. She advocates for those who are marginalised, living with a disability, in need of NDIS support, or require complex or specialist cleaning needs.

Family is at the heart of Bayo Haro, and every client is treated like one of their own. Every job goes beyond a surface clean. Every interaction is led with care, consideration, and connection. It's an opportunity to help someone feel heard, respected and supported. Because of that, we have coined this 'cleaning with meaning'.

The images show the brand we have developed, including icons and social media tiles. We are currently working on the website.

It's mentally and emotionally exhausting to be something you're not. I preach bravery and vulnerability to my clients, yet often hide myself away behind my work. I'm as guilty as the next person, constantly comparing myself with others, but that's the point. Who wants a replica when you can have a one-off? Be yourself. Lead the change (and save the world).

Brand project for Jen at .and.creative. Jen supports and nurtures creatives in the publishing industry by freeing up their time to focus on creating rather than their admin. Highly organised, super helpful, and with a wealth of experience in book publishing, she's a 'fairy godmother' to aspiring authors or illustrators. With a nod to vintage books, typewriters and manila folders, Jen's brand is 'very Jen', welcoming, smart and original. Jen is already attracting high-profile literary rockstars and has nailed a niche that her clients didn't know they needed but are now queueing for! Working with Jen right from the beginning on her brand was an absolute pleasure, and I can't wait to see what she achieves (just) in her first year!

Happy Galentine's Day to you!
February 13th is Galentine's Day. Not as popular as the big V day tomorrow, but just as (if not more) important because it celebrates the fabulous women in our friendship groups, work life and community.

To the women boldly starting their businesses or setting up charities, breaking down barriers and challenging the status quo, or selflessly supporting and lifting others (including me!), thank you for showing up every day beautifully and honestly, armed with great advice, humour and sometimes even bottle of wine; you are an inspiration. You know who you are. We all need a tribe. Thanks for being mine.

PSA: For everyone getting hit with the new "Guest ###X" message scams, you can stop those. "Guest ###x" messages, are being sent via a guest login to a chat plugin. Even though I am not using the plugin, it is enabled.
Try adjusting the following settings to stop it happening:
1. Go to Meta Business Suite
2. Go to Inbox
3. Go to Settings (the small COG image on the top right)
4. Go to "Chat Plugin" and turn off Guest Chat
5. Select PUBLISH at the bottom right of the page"
It's necessary to do this for each business page you have on Facebook. And if you do not have a domain configured under the chat plugin, you will have to enter one in order to turn off the guest login.
