It’s official! Liam Neeson’s new film 'The Mongoose' is coming to Castlemaine! 🎬✨ With the town buzzing over some of the biggest news of the year, our CEO, Emily Owens, had the pleasure of sitting down with the local rag to chat about one of her favourite topics—filming and permits.

‘We dived into the behind-the-scenes magic of how large-scale productions work with councils to turn our streets into movie sets. It’s always exciting to see big productions land in our backyard and I loved sharing a bit of insight into the process.’ - Emily Owens

Are you the unicorn we are looking for?

Toffee Studios / Toffee Collective is a thriving full-service agency and production company with a film studio attached. Based in South Melbourne, we are a small, creative team that works on TV Shows, Social Media, Commercials, and more - Basically, if it plays on a screen, we’re into it.

Being a reactive business in the time of COVID we are now a lot of things to a lot of people. No day is ever the same. If you love creating order out of chaos, rolling up your sleeves when needed and have a good common-sense approach to client management, this is the perfect position for you.

For the right person, we are willing to train you to be a Producer and nurture your skills in a more creative environment. Depending on the current market, we do envisage this position will grow to a more full-time capacity.

So, who do we see thriving in this role? You might be a traditional media buyer, social media strategist, or sales agent looking to return to the workforce or want to scratch a creative itch. Extra bonus points if you also have a flare with writing.

Skills:
• Ability to deliver to deadlines with content, presentations, and reports
• Ability to manage client relationships and sales pipelines.
• Ability to analyse, report and present analytics and monthly reporting
• Understanding of the best practices related to social media marketing platform by platform
• Knowledge of the ever-changing landscape of social media marketing and advertising and Broadcast
• Knowledge of Australian online social media and tv broadcast usage and usage trends
• Ability to brief concisely to brief designers, videographers and creatives.


SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
• 5+ of proven experience in end-to-end management across platforms for known/large brands.
• Experience with advertising platforms to an expert level.
• Experience with photo editing or video editing software is also a major plus.
