I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve gotten a message the day before (or even on) someone’s wedding, from a couple who’ve just been let down by the creator they booked. 😔

It happens more than you’d think and don’t get me wrong life happens and some creators have genuine reasons why they have to pull out last minute but usually when I get these calls the story is always the same. Someone was booked cheap, and cheap came with no backup plan.

I get it. Weddings are expensive, and everyone’s looking for ways to save. But your wedding day is a once in a lifetime kind of day (we hope 😉). The person capturing it should be treating it that way too with the gear, the redundancies, and the reliability to back it up.
