Fresh data from our Annual Donor Sentiment Report of ~1000 Australians reveal donors are giving cautiously this EOFY.

→ 78% cited "charity trustworthiness" as the deciding factor in who they support.
→ 45% prefer to support a specific project or cause.
→ 14% plan to give more this year (a sharp drop from the 28% last year.)
→ And only ~50% from a specific group intend to increase their giving.

We’re still buzzing from our recent All-In Week! 🐝

As a remote-first team, we know that our people are what make it possible to help good grow. While our daily focus is supporting the incredible work of not-for-profits, All-In week is all about investing back into the growth, well-being, and development of our people.

Having the whole team gathered in Melbourne earlier this month was a total vibe!

Our CEO kicked things off by challenging us to be intentional, not just about the work we do for our incredible NFP clients, but about the way we connect with each other.

The highlights:

☕️Connection: Swapping Zoom squares for in-person conversations over team dinners and drinks.

🌱Growth: Dedicated time to level up our skills so we can keep bringing our best to the sector.

💡Collaboration: Tackling challenges together during a hands-on Craft Strategy session.

We’ve since headed back to our own workspaces feeling recharged, more connected, and ready to keep helping good grow. 🌏✨

What a week it was at FIA Conference 2026! Three days with fundraisers who have the biggest hearts and the boldest ambition.

It was an honour to share the stage with , exploring one of the biggest opportunities ahead of us: the intergenerational wealth transfer and the rise of NextGen donors.

Meeting so many you who came to our exhibition booth was also a highlight of our week — thank you for dropping by. And then to celebrate our partnership with with a Service Partner of the Year title at the FIA Awards Gala Night... a genuinely special moment.

We’re really proud to stand with not-for-profit leaders who choose courage. Who innovate. Who keep learning. Who lead.

Last night was really special. Not just because ntegrity was named Service Partner of the Year at the FIA Awards 2026 but because it felt like a celebration of a partnership that’s been built on honesty, care, digital innovation and risk taking to get new results, and a lot of trust over time.

Our work with has never felt like a typical client–agency relationship. It’s been a shared table. Over the years, our teams have brought together ideas, challenged each other (in the best way), tested new approaches, seen ongoing growth in performance, and kept showing up with determination and care.

We can’t wait to take to the stage at FIA Conference in 2026 talking all things new donor acquisition of NextGen donors, with live case studies from The Salvation Army Australia and other charities in Australia and the U.S.

While there can be a lot of scepticism of the conversation around NextGen donors giving behaviour, we’re actively seeing the growth of this critical audience and its potential to contribute to both short-term and long-term revenue sustainability for not-for-profits.

January 26 isn’t a simple day. For many First Nations people, it carries deep pain and that’s something we sit with, not rush past.

For us, this day is about listening first, learning second. And taking responsibility in ways that last. Not just saying the right thing once a year, but doing the work over time. That’s been an ongoing commitment embedded into how we operate as a business since 2016.

We don’t see this as a symbolic gesture or a line in a CSR report. We believe organisations can and should play a role in meaningful change. That means backing words with action, even when it’s uncomfortable or ongoing.

In practice, that looks like a few things.

Our Australian-based team can choose not to take January 26 as a public holiday, and instead take another day that feels right to them.

We create space to listen and learn, led by First Nations voices. We invest in First Nations-led education, from sharing resources like Decolonise Yourself cards by Aretha Brown to taking part in a Truth Telling workshop.

We also back this work financially. Each year, we contribute $10,000 to Children's Ground, supporting their First Nations-led approach to systems change and self-determination.

And internally, we’re on a Together Plan journey, our commitment to building real, lasting relationships with First Nations communities, and to continuing to learn what partnership actually means in practice.

We’re still learning. Still reflecting. Still being challenged. But we’re committed to showing up consistently, guided by First Nations voices and in partnership with Children's Ground

As we look back on 2025, we’re filled with gratitude. For the incredible not-for-profits we’ve partnered with, the causes we’ve helped grow support for, the conversations we’ve shared, and the people who make this work matter — our clients, our community and our team.
