ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
โก๏ธ Responsible for administration and ex*****on of HR activities eg. staffing, interview scheduling, letters & memos
โก๏ธ Responsible for invoicing, basic bookkeeping and payroll preparation
โก๏ธ To update and maintain leave records
โก๏ธ Responsible for daily general administration and other office support activities.
โก๏ธ Perform other ad-hoc tasks pertaining as and when required by the Superior
โก๏ธ Create and maintain filing system, files and folders: hiring, clients and sales on the Google Drive
โก๏ธ Responsible for operations software installation, setup and upgrades, supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
REQUIREMENTS
๐ More than 1.5 years experience in administrative role
๐ Must be organized, detailed, efficient, multitasker & responsible
๐ Excellent interpersonal communication skills
๐ Proficient in Google Suite Apps
๐ Understanding of accounting and bookkeeping
