We need to stop thinking of ChatGPT as just a work or business tool…

Used well, it becomes a powerful support system for your everyday life.

Think:
• Planning your week with clarity and structure
• Organising your thoughts when things feel overwhelming
• Journaling and working through mindset blocks
• Making more confident, considered decisions

It’s not just about building a business, it’s about supporting the person behind it.

If you’d like a little extra guidance with Chat GPT prompts, i’ve created a free downloadable guide. You can find it via the link bio.

Welcome back to Three Things Thursdays!

Today, it’s all about three things I recommend for anyone starting a business to set themselves up for long-term success.

Firstly, your business plan.
Be clear on your offers and your differentiation. Know exactly what you’re providing and why someone would choose you.

Secondly, your operations.
Think about the tools you’ll need: CRM, AI, accounts, and systems. Setting this up properly early will support you as you grow.

Thirdly, mindset.
Approach each day as a step towards your goal. Even if you only achieve one thing, it counts.

It’s not about short bursts of effort, it’s about consistent, real progress.

Build it properly. Stay consistent. Think long term.

Celebrating two years of Wise Mind Consulting ✨

What a rollercoaster it’s been. Full of highs, lows and plenty of lessons along the way. Building a business isn’t easy, but it doesn’t have to be perfect.

If I could share one piece of advice with new founders, it would be this: focus on your mindset. Every business is at a different stage, facing its own challenges and growth. There’s no one-size-fits-all path.

Trust yourself, do what feels right and keep going🤍

What do your most used AI prompts say about you?

I realised mine weren’t random.

The same patterns kept showing up: decision-making, clarity, “what’s the best way…”, “should I…”, “what happens if…”

And that’s when it clicked.

The way you prompt isn’t just about getting answers.
It reflects how you think, how you process and how you move.

Notice your patterns.
Then start using them with intention.

If you’d like a little extra guidance with ChatGPT prompts, I’ve created a free downloadable guide.

You can find it via the link in my bio.

Welcome back to Three Things Thursday.

Today I’m sharing three things that actually worked for my business growth.

When it comes to building a successful business, it really is all about trial and error, not being afraid to fail, but seeing it as an opportunity to grow, learn and improve.

Secondly, automate where you can. It will save you time in the long run. Whether that’s through AI tools or integrations. Work smarter, not harder.

Lastly, retain your existing clients, the ones who helped you get started. They’ll be your most consistent income and the ones who stay with you throughout the journey.

Let me know: what’s something that’s worked for your business?

I used to think this was just part of working life.

That staying late, being constantly available, pushing through stress, and tolerating certain behaviours… was normal.

That it was just “what you had to do” to succeed.

And the hardest part?
You don’t always realise it while you’re in it.

You justify it. You minimise it. You tell yourself it’s not that bad… or that everyone else is dealing with the same thing. Until one day, you step back and realise how much you were tolerating.

Work shouldn’t come at the expense of your wellbeing, your boundaries or your self-respect.

And just because something is common in workplaces doesn’t make it acceptable. I know I’m not the only one who’s experienced this.

What’s something you went through at work that you now realise wasn’t okay?

These were my reminders during my first public speaking event.

Nerves are normal. Practice makes progress.

Enjoy the moment and allow the emotions to come through, that’s what people relate to.

Real emotions, real experiences! Most importantly, be kind and proud of yourself!

6 AI Prompts that feel illegal to know!

The reason these prompts work so well is because they help with the exact things founders tend to get stuck on: researching tools, learning new topics, making quicker decisions, finding growth opportunities, understanding competitors, and showing up prepared for important conversations.

They are practical. They save time. And they help you use ChatGPT more like a smart business assistant instead of just a writing tool.

The key is to give the prompt a bit of context. Add your business details, your industry, the task, the topic, or the company link. The more relevant your input, the more useful the output will be.

Use these when you want clearer answers without spending hours digging. Save this for later, or send it to the business owner in your world who loves a shortcut that is actually useful.

Welcome to Three Things Thursday!

I’m celebrating 2 years of Wise Mind and now in my 3rd year of business so each week I’ll share three things I’ve learned, changed or figured out along the way.

Today I’m sharing three things I’d do differently if I were to start all over again.

Early on, I overcomplicated things, second-guessed decision and focused on the wrong priorities.

But every one of these taught me what actually matters in business.

If you’re in that early stage, remember you’re just learning.

You don’t know, what you don’t know.

Save this as a reminder 🤍

It’s not about using one AI tool, it’s about knowing how to use them together.

I get asked all the time:
“What’s your favourite?”
“Should I switch from ChatGPT to Claude?”

But AI isn’t one-size-fits-all.

Different tools do different things and the real value comes from knowing how to leverage each of them properly.

Used well, they can help you create, repurpose and streamline your business in a fraction of the time without sacrificing quality.
