So often we thinking about "branding" being a logo or an aesthetic expression of our business - however, it is so much more than this.
Commonly known as the Godfather of branding, Marty Neumeier, says, "A logo is not a brand. A brand is not an identity. A brand is not a product. A brand is a personโs gut feeling about a product, service, or organization."
Using this lens, it's important to consider how your clients/audience feel when they interact with you?
Every interaction they have with you will impact how they feel about you - even if it's intentional or not
Here are some question for you to ask yourself:
1. What problem does your brand solve?
2. How does this change their life?
3. How does your brand solve this problem?
4. What value does your brand add after you solve their problem?
