Hi folks it’s a bit fresh of late. Troy has been busy trying to catch up on orders . We have hundreds to get around to . Once again the weather gods have not done us any favours . It has rained where we source our firewood and it’s now impossible for the trucks to get in the paddocks safely to cart wood .

So for us at the moment that means we are the mercy of the weather gods. We have not one piece of ironbark firewood on our block 😔 we are beyond disappointed and hate letting our loyal customers down .

We have no choice but to ride this out until the sun shines enough to get trucks in with wood . We understand this is a real pain in the butt for you all . If we haven’t replied to you we apologie the volume of messages we have had has been overwhelming as other suppliers are in the same boat as us .

We hope to be back on track again soon . Pray for sunshine and wind to dry the paddocks 👏

🔥UPDATE ON DELIVERIES🔥

Due to the huge number of customers currently on our waiting list for deliveries we will not be taking on any new orders unless they are happy to wait approximately 4 weeks .

We are just as disappointed as you all are . The situation is completely out of our control and is causing quite a load of stress on us .

We assure you that as soon as we have the loads delivered we will work our butts off to get it into your homes .

We get a huge number of texts , voice messages , emails and messenger messages each day. If we have not returned your message please know that it was simply because we accidentally overlooked it .

If you would still like to be kept on the waiting list we thank you for your support . If you need to get supply elsewhere we are sorry you have had to do this and hope when they situation eases we can assist you and your families in the future .

Troy is working tirelessly trying to get wood into your homes . He is a one man band and the greatest disappointment for him is letting his loyal customers down ( some have been with us for over 10 years )

We hope to see you all on the flip side 😞.
