Wow….Yet another tax. Good on you Mr Andrew’s ….highest rate in the world…..you destroyed our Motel Business along with many other people’s livelihoods during Covid and now you are having another crack.
As a short term rental owner you cannot claim gst on maintenance of your property because there are too many air BnB’s (tax dept). So now they can tax us again on their terms🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.
All this will do is make prices higher for Guests.
