When we're working with martial arts, dance and recreational activity studios, the most common goal owners/operators mention as their priority is 'more students'.
It's not quite that easy, though (but it's also certainly not that hard).
For example, in December, we worked with a dance school to help them generate 50+ trials and holiday program bookings, and assisted a martial arts school in generating more than 30 trials across their various programs.
A lot of school owners will start by looking at their marketing, but that is only one tactic in your overall strategy.
As you move into 2022, here are some questions to ask yourself, while remembering you do not need to sacrifice the quality or integrity of what you to do acquire new students.
❓ Does your website give relevant information for prospective students (ie is the copywritten for leads, or is it too heavily focused on the martial arts specific information)
❓ Is your enquiry process easy. Can the prospective student simply book in via your website? Can they get further information within 2 clicks?
❓ Is your CTA and Offer strong enough? What are you offering?
❓ Is your booking and follow up process automated?
❓ Do you have your onboarding process perfected so that your prospective student transitions to enrolled student smoothly?
