I can get you leads, but what will you do with them?

One of the most critical factors in a lead becoming a customer is how quickly you can respond to them.

If you haven't responded in 5 minutes, the chances of converting them into a customer (for illustration let's call that an appraisal) drop by 80%.

I know, I know ...

You're probably too busy dropping flyers into letterboxes, making cold calls or knocking on doors ...

Here's the truth about generating leads in the real estate space ...

A steady flow of hot, qualified leads is a result of investing in data, testing concepts and not letting our emotions get in the way.

Digital Marketing is a science.

So we must think like scientists.

Test your hypotheses (headlines, copy, images, landing pages, offers) and let the data tell you what works and what doesn't.

You might get leads straight away ... but more likely the leads you really want will be a result of testing.

Be patient, be persistent, and be open to the truth that data tells.
