Tadpac Print Tadpac is a commercial printing business, and a Disability Social Enterprise run by Uniting Vic.Tas.

We can help you with all your printing needs, whether it be stationery, annual reports, signage or branded merchandise. We can also coordinate and pack mailouts and deliver to Australia Post. Our supported employees also enjoy packing hampers and showbags. We are based in the Hobart suburb of Glenorchy, and have been a trusted name in printing since 1965.

Congratulations to Lily Gatehouse, who has won People's Choice at the Tasmanian Young Achiever Awards. Lily is one of the nominees for the Tadpac Print Services to the Disability Sector Award, and we couldn't be more delighted that she is receiving this well-deserved accolade.

Lily Gatehouse is an inspiring young leader and advocate in the disability sector. A 9-year-old living with rare vision impairment, she is making a meaningful impact through community performances, media engagement and peer mentoring. Lily has performed at major events alongside organisations such as Variety Tasmania and the Royal Australian Navy Band, using her platform to promote inclusion and challenge perceptions of disability. A national winner of the Braille House Braille Literacy Challenge, she is passionate about learning and helping others develop braille skills and confidence. Lily empowers both vision-impaired and sighted communities, demonstrating that barriers can be overcome with determination and support.

Rosie Putland is a proudly disabled accessibility leader from Burnie, driving systemic change across Australia. As co-founder and principal consultant at Modality Co, she works with organisations to embed accessibility into digital systems from the ground up. Alongside her role as Community Engagement Coordinator at Children and Young People with Disability Australia, Rosie leads national campaigns and creates short-form videos that translate complex policy into accessible, engaging content. She is also the host of the Crip Culture podcast and co-founder of the Tasmanian Accessibility Community. Through her work, Rosie redistributes resources and champions disability-led change to build more inclusive systems.
