What you want to say and what your customer needs to hear are two very different pairs of shoes.

Many businesses post regularly, but the content starts to feel repetitive because it is built around the business, not the buyer.

A strong content strategy should make your audience think:

โ€ข โ€œI can trust them.โ€

โ€ข โ€œThis feels relevant to me.โ€

If your posts are mostly about your services, your offers, or why people should work with you, it may be time to review the strategy.

But this can reduce the reach of the post.

LinkedInโ€™s algorithm is designed to keep users on the platform. When a post includes an external link, it encourages people to leave LinkedIn, so these posts are often shown to fewer people.

That is where zero-click content becomes powerful.

Instead of pushing your audience somewhere else, the value is delivered directly in the post.

When people can consume the information without leaving LinkedIn, they are more likely to stop scrolling and engage. This signals to the algorithm that the content is valuable, which increases its reach.
