Much of the year has felt like a mammoth effort to keep the momentum going. But we are nearly at the end and spirits remain high. I have seen many passers by lately smiling, just because 🙌 Just like this beautiful mother whale making her long journey back down the coast after giving birth. She would barely have eaten anything for months by this stage, yet she completes her journey and duty as a mother, with a splash !

So let’s move into the new year, despite the setbacks, challenges and what may seem impossible, we will make it count!
May 2022 allow us to keep moving forward and hold hope that the best is yet to come 🥂

Yesterday in between client meetings, and a few deadlines that are fast approaching, I took the time to just be still.
And in that stillness I found focus.

I find that if I pause I can be more productive rather than just pushing on with a few extra coffees ☕️😳
