Tiemens Creative and Harvey IT Professionals are sister companies, with a shared location and employees. Both businesses are undergoing significant growth, and we are currently seeking an energetic and engaged person to help us with our Office Administration, STARTING IMMEDIATELY. Yes, we really need you!
This will be a permanent role with flexible working hours.
This position may suit someone looking to reduce their current working hours, parents with school children or, anyone looking for a change of environment from their current ho-hum job.
We can offer you 20 to 38 hours pw.
Key Duties:
• Accounts Receivable and Payable
• Tracking Project Lifecycle
• Managing incoming and outgoing deliveries
Requirements:
• This role is the face of Harvey IT and Tiemens Creative – People skills are the key requirement for this role.
• Ability to work with common admin software – Microsoft Office, QuickBooks.
Desirable:
• Previous experience in projects, finance or office administration is desirable but not necessary. If you think you have the energy and enthusiasm to learn, still apply.
