On Friday the 12th of Jan a very successful classing school held at Hall NSW - 17 participants attended learning about “How to skirt a fleece” and to remove out-sorts along with placing the fleece into its various lines, was a great day for all those who attended . GT Ferrira imparted his vast knowledge of fibre classing and the manufacturing process as well as buyers needs for quality mohair. Light luncheon was provided and enjoyed by all. It was great to see a quite a few younger mohair producers attending for the first time as well as others who wanted to improve their skills and knowledge. Look forward to the next one to upgrade you skills to the next level of Mohair classing

AMMO RECENTLY had a successful classing session with Luanè from RSA.
The team of Luanè Le Roux, Matt Shady and Rowan Rees spent three weeks commencing Monday 9th October, classing and pressing approximately 14 ton of mohair. This was a massive effort by the team and the Directors of AMMO are very appreciative of their efforts.
We are looking forward to Luane's visit report and reccomendations on how AMMO can improve in the future.
Core test results have been received and Michelle is hard at work preparing the catalogue for circulation to Buyers.
Thank you again Luanè. 🤗
